When your e-statement is ready, we’ll send you an e-mail reminder.  You can then see your statement online without waiting for business hours or the daily mail. You can:

            *View and print your statement at your own convenience
            *Receive your statements days faster
            *Store statements electronically for up to 12 months

Within the GEM Online site (Home Financial Services) you will find a secure server for safely accessing your private data.  To enter the e-statement page, you must be logged into your GEM Online site.  No one but you can see your data – which ensures that your personal information stays that way.

Please be aware that signing up is a two part process.

1.       Sign up for GEM Online access.  You may do this by stopping in to the credit union or by going to www.gemcu.org, click on the GEM Online link; here you can click on the SIGN UP button. Fill out the information and we will send you the information needed to get you started.

2.      After we have received your signed agreement form, you will be able to log into your account and view available statements under the STATEMENTS tab.
