Q. Does GEM FCU have an online banking app for my smart phone?
A. Yes!  Touchbanking can be found on the Google Play Store or the App Store (iTunes).  Once the app is downloaded and installed it will require you to enter an app code.  The app code is GoMobile0720.

Q.  Do I have to receive paper statements in the mail?
A.  No, you may access your statements via Virtual Branch.  Simply log in to Virtual Branch go to the self-service tab and click on E-Statements to enroll and then view statements.  Once you have followed the enrollment steps, you will receive notifications in your email when a statement is available.

Q.  Does GEM FCU offer home loans?
A.  Yes we do!  Contact one of our friendly loan officers for more information

Q. Who qualifies for membership?
A.  City, County, State, Federal and SRT employees.  For additional information please visit our About Us page.

Q.  What do I need to open an account at GEM FCU?
A.  A driver’s license, your social security card and $25 is all you need to get a Share Savings account started.
